DOUGIE STUFF

Below are somethings I do to make the dougies easyier for me to work with.Think of these as ideas not plans because I don`t want anybody breaking their dougies.If you are not comfortable with the idea don`t do it.Please

I change the eye around so they stay open all the time.When the mouth opens now the eyes close. All I did was carifully pull each eye apart from the unit. Some times they just fall out others times they break off. If they break I just glued it back together.Once I have them apart I put them back together so the lid are up as if the eye were open.And when the lid operate they close covering the eye.

Another thing I do is remove the mouth base from the plastic tree upright.This make it easy to build a face around it. The two wires that control the mouth are color coded so I just cut them leaving room on both ends to reconnect them later. I also make the wires longer so I have freedom to place the controlling electronics where I what them.
